And the Oscar goes to...

Okay, I know you might be getting this absolutely everywhere but while the memory remains fresh -as well as the topic- I'd like to share my thoughts, rants and absolute love for this year's Academy Awards.

For the first category, Best Dressed of the night. 

1) Jennifer Lawrence.- The falling queen, the girl on fire. I was very happy that she won. 

2) Amanda.- I was not a fan of the color of her dress. It looked grayish- pearly, snow white sometimes but she did look stunning, it somehow shows of her beauty.

 3) Charlize.- I am not a fan of the short hair but she... she made the right choices. Simply and perfect.

 4) Kristen- I know she's not as loved but I think she looked great. 

5) Jennifer A.  6) Amy Adams.- She has been nominated more than once, I believe. Maybe someday. In the meantime, show off. I liked the bold choices of her and Jennifer, for almost everyone chose flat dresses rather than more proper gowns, I think. 

Second category: Peculiar Choices.

Anne. - Winner of the particular choices. I just wasn't a fan of the whole 'business in the front, party in the back'.  Glad she won, tho. 

I wish I could write more but this is it for girls!

Photo-a-day Challenge. Day 7.

Hey! I know. I am so sorry. I missed a day! 

I was trying not to and... really, a day isn't so bad. I know. The real meaning of bad is today's picture. Whoops! However, I will try to give you something good for tomorrow when day 8 and 9 are going up. I really did nothing interesting, but at school we had such a beautiful view of sunset. Sadly, nor the quality of the camera, nor the editor helped. There's no way for my picture to actually show you how beautiful it was but then again, I don't think that's so bad...

It makes it special.

My photo ended up looking quite gloomy but there was no point in you seeing the buildings, the important stuff was the 'bright' sunset. I don't know how much it looks alike the other picture from a couple of days back but well... Oh well! 

How was your day? I must say, winter break is finally close! And Christmas. And nothing to do with it, Christmas shopping. Today I went to the movies and watched 'Ruby Sparks.' I liked it a lot even though it reminded me of '500 days of Summer'. 

Photo-a-day Challenge. Day 5.

Hello! Well, I am quite happy with the way today's photo turned out -hey, I remembered today's topic! Yei!.

Today's temperature. Hmm, the picture doesn't exactly explain it all. I brightened it up so it would look like it did out there, were I was sitting.

Even though it was quite sunny, I had the need to overdress all day long. I was cold in the morning and in the evening and I was freezing by night and wearing a dress had nothing to do with it. There are people who are able to wear a dress with bare legs but when it comes to... me?!

As you can see, no snow, no clouds... but I was still quite cold!

Don't let the sun fool you. 

Want to know something? I was cold not only outside but inside. I felt like a flickering candle. Like my light could fade away at any second but.... cheer up! The sun'll come out tomorrow bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow there'll be sun! *sings*

Jell-y-o!

 This kind of post have no explanation, aside from my infinite desire and taste for fashion. It's fall, don't I deserve it? ;)

Besides, it's barely nothing. A short haul from the past two weeks... or about. Yes. I also have a book haul that I might share someday soon -before the end of October, I hope.

Loving. 
Fall/ Autumn. I have no idea why! Where I live -have a map? Find United States. Not hard! Now go down, down. Yes, around the middle. There!- it's always hot and the idea of fall is the chilly weather and the falling leaves and... well. I don't get to see that just yet but I have my hopes up!
Meanwhile, I have to suffer the heat throughout the day and the cold mornings and rainy evenings. (What?!)



Up to.
Loads of homework. Ironically, that's what brought me back to blogging. I need a mind break from a job that I cant finish! Ugh.
In other news, I am terribly tempted to try the Photo a Day challenge for October! I think I might in and just do it. I found this specific one in tumblr.

I am running behind schedule for my reading list but I hope to finish my books.

History book for school, The Great Gatsby and Night Circus.

Series, series, series.
Once Upon A Time, anyone? Yes! I can't help my love for Fairytales and the new season just premiered! Yay!
Glee is also back even for a little while and I went out the other day and saw Season 3 of the Vampire Diaries. I first read the books around October, a few years back and I can't help getting excited to see it! I fell back and lost track but I think I might try it again!
